Connected@SG

I bet that all of you are simply dying to know where I've been during my 2 months of absence. Was the voice of truth and justice being snuffed out by some oppressionistic force? To a certain extent, yes, I was facing calamity, but calm down. I've brought uncensored news from the outside world.

The important things that you should know are:

  • I'm still hot and sexy.
  • Scientists are still trying to find out how my amazing No.3 uniform does not just tear underneath the stress placed upon it.
  • I'm still trying to make this website sound funny.
  • It's not working out very well.

Jokes aside, I was absent for several good reasons. Let's see, in these 2 months, I've experienced:

  • Meningitis
  • Established weekly 110km/h motorcycle rides with Isyraf
  • Got my first tuition paycheck
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Blew my first tuition paycheck
  • Finally got my own internet instead of leeching on my sister
  • Being hot and sexy, though that's nothing new

Yup. Anywyays, everything above is self explanatory. Though the one thing that I REALLY can't get over is the fact that I'm not getting promoted to LCP tommorow. Because of my 3 weeks MC due to meningitis (which exceeds the alloted quota), I'm being passed over for a promotion. Which is ironic, considering that I'm one of the few who actually does work in that stupid place. Despite numerous appeals from my officer, he only managed to convince the department in charge of promotions not to penalise me again (as they look at the no. of MCs taken in the last 6 month period beforethe promotion) when I'm considered for promotion in November.

Nonsense. But what more can I expect from an institution that recieves only the best pick of ITE and primary-school leavers to form their organisation?
